I’m Alex Schafers, founder and lead agent of The Schafers Group, the #1 RE/MAX team in Cincinnati. I specialize in everything from Cincinnati to the northern suburbs of Warren County—and everywhere in between—including Mason, Lebanon, and Loveland, serving buyers and sellers across all of Hamilton County and Warren County. I’m licensed in both Ohio and Kentucky.
My path into real estate started in a classroom—or almost did. I graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a degree in education, planning to become a teacher, but my passion for real estate pulled me in a different direction. I earned my license at just 20 years old in 2014, and that instinct to educate never left me. I believe an informed client makes better decisions, so I lead every relationship with honesty and guidance rather than pressure.
Over the years, that approach has added up. I was the #1 individual RE/MAX agent in Cincinnati from 2020 to 2024, and across my career I’ve helped nearly 800 families buy and sell homes, representing more than $229 million in sales. In 2025, I founded The Schafers Group with a goal of building one of the top real estate teams in the region—and in its first year, it became the #1 RE/MAX team in Cincinnati.
Born and raised in Greater Cincinnati, I’m proud to call this community home. My wife, Aleesha, and I live in Mason with our three young children and two dogs, and I’m as committed to building lasting connections here as I am to serving my clients—whether that’s hosting community events or simply meeting new faces. I truly love what I do, and I’m excited about the chance to help even more people find their perfect home.
